Belgravia part 3 is here! Focused on the reading part of the apartment, you will also find the dining corner that is next to it!

To create this corner, you will find bookshelves, books, a coffee table, a stool, decorative vase and metallic box,, a dining table and dining chair to put alongside a decorative fireplace and an abstract painting with a slanted version of it. Those elegant bookshelves can be placed side by side and connect perfectly so you can create the illusion they are modular. I also liked the way the books are placed horizontally on the shelves of the reference apartment, so I've made several variations so you can create a wall of full bookshelves without feeling the repetition. You will also have standard books layouts that feet the i and 2 tiles wide of the shelves if you want to fill them quickly.
You will also get my first ever stairs, with a matching railing and fence. I am very happy with the result and the fact it can be very useful for industrial buildings too!
